House Bill 440
(Effective 12/29/2020)
House Bill 440 of 2020 (Act 83) provides for the automatic expungement of criminal history records for anyone who has received a full acquittal by the Court. In addition, this legislation provides for automatic sealing for anyone who has received a pardon from the Governor.
