Where to Get the Documents:
If sentenced by a Common Pleas Court Judge obtain documents from the Clerk of Courts  in the county of conviction.  If records are not available, have the court provide a letter stating this.

If sentenced by a Magisterial District Judge obtain documents from the Magisterial District Judge where you were sentenced.  Note that Magisterial District Judges are only required to keep this data for seven years. If your case was handled there and is more than seven years old, no documents are available, so there is no need to get a letter stating such.
